Can you take a pic of her and post it. That may help in figuring out what is wrong. With Maggies first litter some of her teats started tolook like cottage cheese under the skin. Vet told me to get a hot water bottle and fill it up with hot water, grab a towel and keep it on them. Then when it was feeding time for the pups to put them on those teats. It could be a few different things and I am sure that if someone sees it that has gone through the same thing they could tell you what they did. What it is and if they went to the vet and what the vet told them.
Maggie is only having 1 pup. they missed it on the 1st xray because it was up under her ribcage.
