Yea, well if she's eating real good then she probably is okay. When they are sick they won't eat at all and since they are so small they go down hill quickly. I would just keep your eye on her and if she isn't filling better by Monday take her back to the vet.
If she has another reaction I would take her to the vet or 24 hour hospital immediatly.
