Normally for about 24 hours after their shots they can fill sluggish. But anything else and you need to get em to a vet or hospital. After my baby had his first shots he became lethargic and had to be rushed to the hospital. Use your instincts, if you think he is sick then take him in. Is he eating. Normally they don't eat if they are sick.
