Miles did that a lot at that age. He would nip at my fingers, and at my heels when I was walking around the house. So annoying!! I would react strongly every time, either yelling "Ouch!" or "No!", or clapping my hands loudly. It didn't seem like it was working at first, but he learned after a while. I think it's part of that puppy phase...wanting to nip and bite at everything.
Keep teaching her...she'll catch on.
