If you go to your blog control panel there is an option for blog categories, if you click that it will bring up an option to add new categories. Just fill in the title you want to name the categorie, ie. trips out, then a short description of that categorie, ie. fun things we get up to when we go on trips, then save. You can add a few categories. Then go back to your blog, select post to your blog and in the edit options there is now the option to categorise that blog.
