Even though it looks like it hasn't made much progress, it's likely still fine. For the first week (although I have a female) it didn't really look like it was healing all that fast. Then when it got closer to the time when she was having the sutures removed, it started looking really really good and healed pretty quick. As long as there's no discharge coming from it like you said that's great. Remember, if you're at all concerned, you could always ask your vet what to look for exactly in case it's infected or not healing properly. |
