Roscoe was neutered last Thursday [one week ago exactly] the day before we got him. I think everything is fine, but I just thought the incision would look more healed that it does now. He is not licking it obsessively-just occasionally and he stops whenever we say no. I tried to limit his activity for the first few days but it is getting really hard now b/c he is a youngin'-running and playing etc etc. There is no discharge and he doesn't seem to be in pain but the incision still looks fresh to me-not like it is healing up. Is this normal for only one week after surgery? How long did it take your lil guys to heal up after being fixed?
