OMG!!! That lady has some nerve. I know Petsmart has little stations around the store with baggies, papertowels, sprays, and trashcan ... for the customers to use to clean up after their own pet. I clean up after mine there...that is when mine go...one of mine hates Petsmart, the other is sooo excited she can't contain herself.
I'm with Yorkiedaze..that lady must have some "staff" at home to boss around & do her cleaning for her!
