I tried working with her asking her to reduce the price of the puppy or help with the cost of the surgery. She refused everything and only would offer my $ back if i return the puppy. Breeder counts on you falling in love with their puppy and so they don't worry about taking the puppy back and giving you a refund.
Yes, i am looking into CA puppy lemon law and see what recourses i have, but, in the meantime, i just don't want her to be able to do this to anyone else. |
