This is all confusing, I just used pumpkin for the first time. We are waaaaay past it so it didn't help. I remember reading more than a few times on YT that it's the be-all end-all for
any digestive issues. I wonder what the difference is between pumpkin and sweet potato as far as nutrition and fiber. What about any other kind of winter squash, like acorn or butternut or something like that.
