I did with Twinkle what bildio suggests: a firm 'No' and then put her onto the peepad. This only works if u catch them in the act, otherwise they dont know what they're being told off for. This technique worked for me, but maybe someone else has some other suggestions for u to try. Good luck....I'm sure your little one will get there in the end!
