It sounds a lot like my experience with Petsmart's groomers except my dog came back with very uneven hair. It was an inch in some places and about 1/8 in others. She cut off her right eyebrow and eyelashes. She was supposed to be the "yorkie" lady, too. She also said the my dog is hard to work with (which is actually true), but it was her first grooming ever. She attacks scissors, brushes and clippers... and she trys to run away from hairdryers. |
