Tico doesn't not want to pee on his pee pad, but he will poop on it almost 100%. He is a year old now.

Here's what I do when I catch him peeing in the wrong spot.
I say"tico, whats this"
I put his nose towards it, not directly in it, just close enough for him to smell.
I then take him to his pee-pad. At this time, i also have cleaned up the pee with a napkin. I put the napkin on the pee pad. Put his nose near it again, and say good boy. I leave the pee'd napkin on his pee pad.
Then I put him in his [COLOR=green! important][COLOR=green! important]dog [COLOR=green! important]crate[/COLOR][/COLOR][/COLOR], as he has never pee'd there. I put this in our room, where he is cut off from people for about an hour.

Any suggestion, what I could do differently? It is obvious, this method I use is not working to well.
