Absolutely no expert here but Lexi looks purebred to me.
The way I understand it if two genetic mutations are bred carrying a parti gene (per say) (parents may be a solid yorkie coloring) and those recessive genes may turn up with a parti coloring.
Lexi looks to me if she carries that gene. Please correct me if Im wrong.
60 % estimate of my yorkies have a white tip of some kind. BUt they are very small and with age almost disappear as if never there.
