Sounds like you did everything you could. Don't blame yourself. I had Oxytocin on hand but most vets do not allow their patients to give it so that probably was not an option.
Pulling did not injure that puppy, I am sure. It had to be delivered and you did the right thing. Many puppies are born breech and pulling in the right direction is all that can be done. My time limit for allowing the puppy to be delivered naturally is only 4 minutes at most. Does anyone have other info for her?
Best of luck and congrats on the puppies you have. It is so hard to lose even one no matter how many survived. Our heart goes out to you...
