You will be in good hands in Tennessee. My Teddi had her surgery 1 year ago in Tennessee thanks to people on this site who told me to join the Liver Shunt group. Everyone at UT was so nice and her surgery went off with no problems. The total there was $1,245 and the vet her in CA has quoted me $4,500 to $6,000. I definitely saved money and it was well worth the peace of mind knowing it is the best place possible for her to have the surgery. Teddi is 100% better now...you would never know that she was sick 1 year ago. Here is Teddi's story:
