Maximus has only peed outside once..and as Judy can contest too..I even bring wee wee pads to the park in case he has to pee.... he usually still won't use them andinstead will hold it and cry until we get home
..... I don't think he realizes he is allowed to go outside...so I just carry a pad with me everywhere
