Our Yorkie has been to Arkansas, California and Montana and never got sick. We have the snoozer car seat for her so she can either sit up and look out the window or lay down and sleep. We also never feed her less than an hour before we hit the road. Make sure they aren't to warm or cold and give them a little air at times.
