I guess that's just the ticket...to many, it
wasn't civil. Best way to not have to make judgement calls about what's over the line is to get rid of the line altogether. Yes, there are non-yorkie related discussions in off-topic, but the ones that are that highly charged are either not allowed or closed there too.
But, we can all agree to disagree about an agreement of disa..... nope, too early for that.
Like you said, bottom line is, rules are rules.
