 my dog was put down today
Hello i would just like to thank you all, i have 2 yorkshire terriers that are 11, one of the has been very ill for the last two days with server coughing and problems breathing after reading on here about the collapsed tracheal me and my mum called the emergency vet, he was taken in and they said that his lungs had collapsed and that he would need to be put down, she gave him some injections and we were allowed to bring him home for the evening to say goodbye to his brother and our family, he was very ill throughout the night and we took him this morning to say our goodbyes, he went very quickly and im glad hes out of pain however he is dearly missed, im very worried and concerned about my other dogs welfare, have you got any tips about what we should do as he's now on his own and may find this difficult?
