You need some picture software that allows you to resize a photograph to 75x75 pixels. Other members should be able to send you a link as to where you can download it for free.

If you can't figure it out, I'd be happy to resize a photo for you and send it back. mlhome@gmail.com. One hint: Try to select a closeup, because it's awful hard to see much more than a Yorkie face in a tiny avatar.
