I looked at the one I ordered again and the front wheel does turn (thanks for that heads up!). After reading your comments I'm even more excited than when I ordered it!! Have to admit, some ppl think I'm nuts. I told my best friend I got my dog a stroller and she rolled her eyes at me...she hasn't seen my baby yet tho. LOL
