My husband and I went on a Royal Caribbean cruise from Miami to Bahamas and back (it was a short one-three days). We had a blast! I would highly recommend RCCL to anyone! I agree with the people who said Nassau is a tourist trap...so many beggars just waiting for you as soon as you step off the ship. We ended up going to Atlantis for the day..which is beautiful..but don't go there without a credit card. We accidently left our credit cards on the ship, and Atlantis works on a cashless system and we couldn't even rent a locker to put our stuff in so we could do the water slides. They refused CASH! That was really our only negative experience. We really enjoyed RCCL's private island, Coco Cay. It was awesome....could have just layed around that beach for a few more days! We did do parasailing..which if you've never done..you need to do...it's fantastic and not scary at all! |
