Hi Michael, you'll need to make sure you down load all the background image in your "Pictures and Albums". Once you've done that, then you go to "Customize Profile" and paste the 'BB Code' to where it says "Background Image". You can get your 'BB Code' by clicking the pics you've uploaded in "Pictures and Albums".
