Oh ya I gut it out....but sometimes i let hubby do that part..
...there are certain parts, in the deer you are NOT supposed to slice open,,,and I seem to have a nack for doing just that,,,,,,and it can be bad!!!!(very messy and stinky if you do)..lol..yuck
