Fipronil
EXTOXNET PIP - IMIDACLOPRID

It looks like fipronil is a possible human carcinogen and Imidacloprid (Advantage) is most likely not. They both can cause side effects though as can anything. Even natural remedies have their share of side effects and these natural products aren't regulated, so in my opinion quite a few of them are very dangerous.
