I have signed it plus i have been asking my friends to please sign it. I really hope that some actions are taken to change the laws. Bobo doesn't have a voice, so we must be the voice for him and all the other animals that this kind of cruelty has or can happen to. Hopefully some good like the laws changes can come from such a horrible tragedy.
