I, too, am a girlie girl. My yorkie is very much a tomboy, but I guess I am lucky she will leave bows and clothing alone. I put a shirt on her the first day I got her, so I'm not sure if that helped or if I just got lucky.
I dressed up my late 135 lb bullmastiff too though - maybe dogs just trust my fashion sense.

She was a little sick when I first got her so I didn't want to stress her out by putting clothes on her. That could be why she hates it now since I started late. Her costume actually came with a hat but she wouldn't even let me get it near her...lol. Rory looks likes she's having fun and cute to boot
