Sasha tilts her head like that all the time. But since Maya seems to know it all (lol) try doing something really silly and goofy right before taking the picture. Something she's never seen you do before. Or try making loud silly noises. Maybe she'll repond to that and think "uhhhh mommy are you ok???" while tilting her head to the side....lol
