On the gerber jar.. the label reads:
total fat 7 percent
trans fat 0
sodium 35mg
potassium 110 mg
total carb 2g
fiber 0
sugars0
protein 8 g
ingredients are grounded chicken, water (doesnt say how much), and corn starch
Beechnut jar:
total fat 1.5
trans fat 0
sodium 60 mg
potassium 120 mg
total carb 0
fiber 0
sugars 0
protien 8 g
ingredients: ground chicken and chicken broth.. doesnt list water
Is either one of them better than the other? (if that makes sense )
She is also eating 1/3 cup of taste of the wild, bison and venison mixed in with about a teaspoon of the baby food split into 2 different meals. One around 7 am and the other around 5. She eats it right up and seems content after each meal. I have noticed for the first time since she was a pup that she has a lot more energy and is wake more during the day. She is also shaking a whole lot less (use to be a huge issue for her, she would curl up in a ball and just shake no matter what she had on or wrapped up in ) She is filling out a little bit, her poops are small and hard, she is itching less and her coat is already showing signs of improving so unless what Im feeding her is harming her IM not going to change anything. | It is hard to tell because the moisture isn't listed. I would just give her as little as possible with the kibble or try to get her to eat canned food with the kibble.
