Lol, Yes I think this is very normal. Ben does the exact same thing, and when he dosent do it, I think something is wrong with him! After he has his bath, I say okay it go crazy time and I let him loose, Its so funny. I dont know if he will grow out of it, because he is just trying to dry himself off.
