I understand you may have paid for it but did it come through on your account? As in, did it show up on your checking account or credit card statement as being sent through?
If it did send through then you could possibly dispute the charge. If it's been this long & the woman hasn't responded, then I'd definitely be taking further action if it's that big of a deal. Good luck!
