Yeah i do the harness.... Ty for the tip.. No it is not trachea...she said that in this xray it looks good....but she did say to take in the lil guy in 5 days for a follow up......the only thing she did say was that his heart is suppose to be in 3 bones or something and its almost at 4 bones...his heart is a lil bit to big for him since he is only 3.2 pounds..... I hope he gets better, because if he doesnt she said it could be a heart diseases or something more serious....
Does anyone have pet insured....i think i will get it at petco....

Do you walk him with a collar and leash or a harness and leash?

With these very small breeds you are really better to use a harness on them. They will sometimes pull hard and if they are wearing a collar only, this can cause throat problems for them - wearing a harness allows them to be restrained around their whole body and not just the neck and then, when they pull, the pressure is on the whole body not just their neck.

Let us know what the vet says ....... Good luck with your puppy
