You definitely did the right thing Benina. Thankfully you were watching her carefully and noticed that something wasn't right, otherwise it could have been a lot worse.
When my silky had her puppies she had 6, the first one was too big and by the time she got him out he was dead, then 4 came easy but we lost the last one as well. Anyway the next morning she was so sick she couldn't even climb out of her box. We rushed her to the vet and it turned out her uterus had actually ruptured because of too many puppies. They did an emergency spaying and we bottlefed the babies for 48 hrs. Everything turned out well and I was fortunate enough to have her for another 12 yrs.
I'm sure your little one will be fine too. Please let us know as soon as you hear how she did in surgery.
