You can manage (for the most part) your baby's potty schedule by monitoring her feeding. I don't deprive my Mason of water, but I don't feed him after 7pm. By the time he goes to bed around 11pm, he has peed and pooped and is ready to sleep through the night.

When Mason was 4 months he used to sleep in a crate next to my bed too, and he would sleep through the night but used to wake me up 5:30am sharp everyday to go potty. Now that he is 8 months and sleeps with me in my bed, he is getting much better about letting his mommy sleep!
