This may sound...uh...weird, but when Harlan gets rubbed on the belly, his scrotum "draws up" and turns black. I think it's because he may be getting "excited". When you stop rubbing him, it goes away, and his scrotum turns the normal color of his skin. Is that normal? If it is, that may be what your baby is doing.
