they have the same concept...but from my understanding the Pedipaw is louder and only has 1 hole where as the peticure is really quiet and have several size hole all around the guard....
and the pedipaw you can get either at CVS, Walgreens, BBB and other stores where as you have to order the peticure and it takes 4 weeks to get to you..hope that helps.
