My Lillybug has dry skin & I started using TropiClean OxyMed Oatmeal shampoo & rinse on her around a month or two ago. It's amazing at untangling the hair and making the hair & skin so soft.
If you're not wanting a whole shampoo & conditioner, I was using Crazy Dog Baby Dog spray. It's great for getting out tangles and leaves them smelling like baby powder, it may be too strong though - it made me sneeze some.
