My Coco, a male 16mo. makes a sort of a gargled type snorting noise whenever he has a toy or something in his mouth I don't know what it is. He doesn't do it when he is doing anything else like sleeping or playing with my other yorkie. Pebbles doesn't do it at all. He is acting normal, eating , playing, sleeping fine.
