I go to PetSmart too. The first couple of times were bad experiences b/c they wouldn't cut his hair like I wanted. They knew what was best on a Yorkie and would not do what I requested. I used a different person every time I was not satisfied. Now, I have a great girl! She's awesome. I take her a pic of what I want and ask her opinion on if it will look good on my baby, and she's honest but still does what I want.
