I won't ever give mine table scraps because table scraps usually contain too much fat, salt, seasonings, etc. that are not good for them, and also, I don't want them to beg for food while we're eating.
That said, they eat human food exclusively (no kibble or dog food of any kind). I homecook foods that are safe and appropriate for them, and they thrive on it
They eat out of their own plates and never beg for food.
