Well I'm not an expert, but it may just be because he's so new to you. I bet after a few days he'll settle in and cry less and eat more. When is he crying? Are you crating him, or is he crying while you hold him. How old is he and how big is he. You may need to get some nutrical to make sure his sugar stays up while he's not eating much. Good Luck!
