 Black spot on scrotum
My little yorkie has a black spot on his scrotum... which has been there for a little awhile. I tried cleaning it, and removing a hard top layer of it (it was firm, like a potato chip). However, it hasn't gotten better. It's quite large... covering ~ 1/2 of his scrotum...
Does anyone know what this is? Do I need to take him to the emergency room? Any insight would be much appreciated.
