The BUN could very well have been dehydration. That wouldn't be uncommon, but I would not like seeing it even 2 poinds too high with the liver enzymes in question too.
There are so many things that can throw the ALT off. Try not to panic too much but I would definately recheck and do a BAT as soon as possible. |
I agree completely with this...go by your vet's reference ranges, and please retest as soon as meds are out of her system. ALT is quite high. Many times when ALT is off like that, so is the BUN.
