My heart is so sore today. Jessie went in to be spayed today. No more babies for her. The Vet said that with her pregancy the placenta attached itself to her uterus and when the pups were born the placenta teared the uterus and now it does not want to heal. It could become septic. I immediately said that he must spay her then. Please just anyone tell me that it will be ok and that I did the right thing.
