Wow! That makes me feel better. Sophie does that all the time. She loves to go for a ride in the car, but when we say "Okay, let's get your leash on and go", she stands back and barks at us. We have to go down the stairs and say "Good bye". Then she comes running. She rarely lets us pick her up when she wants something.
