Hello all. I joined a couple of weeks ago after looking for toilet training advice on the net and found this lovely site. Since then I have had a move and been racing against the clock to get my children's book off to the publisher. Lottie is named after the lead character!
I am pleased to announce that following many people's advice on here, she goes outside to do both now, and at five months old, I think that's extremely good. Even in this horrid cold and rain we are having. She gets a lot of fuss straight away and is very pleased with herself.
I haven't had much trouble with chewing, as she loves having a good gnaw on a little hide shoe. If I have caught her starting to have a go at anything else I divert her attention with it.
Whether she will be good when left on her own for the first time Sunday night for a couple of hours, is yet to be seen. I will take her for an extra long walk, which, hopefully, will tire her out.
I'll let you know.
Toodle pip and great to be here.
