Diarrhea is very serious in such a young puppy. They can dehydrate very quickly and 3 days is extremely too long not have contacted a vet. For your puppy's health call the vet and make an appointment there is something not right. Dehydration can kill a puppy so small...it can kill an adult dog! Poor Puppy
