Thanks for the input. He really is fine at a dog park- he's been about twice a month for a year. He just follows me around and sits next to me. He's not interested in playing or other dogs. If they come to him he's fine for about 5 second of sniffing and then he barks like he's scared-- as if to say "AH go away NOW I don't like you!"
It's not a mean, low bark and it's not a playful bark...
Again, any suggestions are appreciated
