After a week of rain and cold (and Phillies game delays lol) we had some half decent weather as well....(not a balmy 72 however

Seriously as a kid I remember being forced to wear tutle necks and long johns under my costumes...this should be a DREAM for kids this evening! I am sure they are having a great time...just not in our neighborhoods! haha
